Welcome to the next step in your strength journey.
If you’ve been enjoying the follow-along workouts for a while and ready to take it up a notch, you’re ready for the next stage.
These strength programmes are designed to help you move beyond simply following a workout and begin training with purpose. By repeating key exercises over several weeks, recording your weights and tracking your progress, you’ll build strength, confidence and discover just how capable your body really is.
Every programme includes an interactive workout journal where you can:
- Record the weight you used for every exercise
- Track your repetitions and how each set felt
- Keep notes about technique, aches or questions
- Receive a copy of every completed workout so you can monitor your progress over time
How the programmes work
The programmes are organised into levels, allowing you to gradually progress as you become stronger and more confident.
Rather than constantly changing your workouts, each level has been designed to build on the one before it. You’ll repeat the same programme for around 4–6 weeks, gradually increasing the weight you lift before moving on to the next level.
This approach helps you improve your technique, build confidence and make consistent progress over time.
🟢 Level 1 – Build Confidence
Perfect if you’re new to strength training or returning after a break.
You’ll focus on learning the key movement patterns, building confidence with both machines (if you’re in the gym) and free weights, improving your technique and finding the right starting weights for you.
🟡 Level 2 – Progress Your Strength
Ready for a little more challenge?
Level 2 introduces supersets, pairing opposing muscle groups to make your workouts more time-efficient while continuing to build strength.
If you’ve already been strength training for a while and feel confident with the main movement patterns, you’re welcome to start here.
🔴 Level 3 – Coming Soon
As your confidence and strength continue to grow, so will The Hub.
New levels will be added regularly, introducing fresh exercises, new training methods and progressive challenges to keep you moving forwards. Level 3 will include more challenging full body moves, unilateral work and heavier weights.
How to get the best results
Choose whether you’ll be training at home or in the gym.
The home and gym programmes have been designed to complement each other, so you can move between them whenever you need to. If you’re travelling, away from the gym or simply exercising at home for a few weeks, you can switch to the equivalent programme and continue making progress without losing your place.
If you’re aiming for three strength sessions each week, a great place to start is:
- One Full Body session
- One Upper Body session
- One Lower Body session
If you only have time for one or two sessions each week, stick with the Full Body programmes.
Repeat the same programme level for around 4–6 weeks, gradually increasing the weight you lift while maintaining good technique. That’s where the magic happens.
Remember, consistency beats constantly changing your workouts.
